Seven Year report by researchers in the Netherlands

Mesh exposure problems affect four in ten women, according to a seven year study carried out by researchers in the Netherlands. Exposure is when the mesh erodes or breaks through the vaginal wall or other organs.

The report is being discussed at a conference from June 9-13, at the annual meeting of the International Urogynecological Association meeting in France.
