Julie had to give up work due to mesh and feels a quarter of the person she was

Having my mesh fitted in 2016 at the age of 45 was the worst thing that I’ve ever had. They never did any test beforehand to see if I even needed the mesh! And just fitted the mesh which caused problems from day one. I have had problems ever since. I’m quarter of the person I was, I’ve had to give up my job because I can’t work. I’ve had partial removal done in 2024 which has left me with other problems now. As well, my mental health has really suffered because of the mesh.
